20 AAC 30.935 - Final evaluation and accounting reports; consequence of failure to submit
(a) The grantee of a grant made under
20 AAC 30.010 -
20 AAC 30.639 shall submit to the
council a final evaluation and accounting report within 60 days after
completion of the grant period or at a date otherwise set by the council. The
final evaluation and accounting report shall be provided on a form provided by
the council.
(b) The grantee of a
grant made under
20 AAC 30.010 -
20 AAC 30.639 on a biennial or
triennial basis shall submit a final evaluation and accounting report at the
completion of each year of the grant cycle. The final evaluation and accounting
report shall be provided on a form provided by the council.
(c) A grantee required to submit a report
under (a) or (b) of this section shall submit the report in accordance with
written instructions delivered to the grantee by the council. If the grantee
fails to submit complete and timely reports, the council may withhold payment
on the grant or grants. A grantee who fails to submit an evaluation and
accounting report on a grant may not be considered for an additional grant
until the report has been filed.

Effective 7/1/2011, Register 198, the Alaska State Council on the Arts readopted 20 AAC 30.935 to affirm the validity of that section after statutory amendments made in ch. 30, SLA 2010. The council also amended 20 AAC 30.935(b). Chapter 30, SLA 2010 made explicit the council's authority to adopt regulations consistent with AS 44.27.052(a)(6).
