3 AAC 16.010 - Fee for reservation, registration, or renewal of a reserved or registered business name under AS 10.06, AS 10.15, AS 10.20, AS 10.25, AS 10.35, AS 10.40, AS 10.45, AS 10.50, AS 32.05, AS 32.06, or AS 32.11

(a) The nonrefundable fee for the initial reservation or registration of a business name is $25.

(b) The nonrefundable fee for renewal of a reserved or registered business name is $25.

(c) If a business name reservation is renewed more than twice within a 12 month period, a statement of intent to start a business shall be provided with the renewal application.

In 2012 the revisor of statutes, acting under AS 01.05.031, renumbered former AS 10.20.705 as AS 10.20.905. As of Register 203 (October 2012), the regulations attorney made a conforming technical revision under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), to the authority citation that follows 3 AAC 16.010, so that the citation to former AS 10.20.705 now refers to the renumbered statute, AS 10.20.905.
