3 AAC 16.075 - Fees and charges for limited partnerships under AS 32.11
(a) The fee for a
domestic limited partnership filing a certificate of limited partnership or a
foreign limited partnership filing an application for registration as a foreign
limited partnership under AS 32.11 is $150.
(b) The nonrefundable fee for filing a
certificate of amendment, an amended registration of foreign limited
partnership, or any other document filed under AS 32.11 is $25.
(c) The nonrefundable fee for filing a
certificate of cancellation under AS 32.11 is $25.
(d) Repealed 7/13/2003.

In making the emergency amendments to 3 AAC 16.075(b) and (c) permanent in Register 136 (January 1996) the regulations attorney made minor technical amendments not reflected in the history note.
