3 AAC 28.405 - Definitions

In 3 AAC 28.310 - 3 AAC 28.405, unless the context requires otherwise,

(1) "evidence of individual insurability" means a statement furnished by a debtor, as a condition of consumer credit insurance becoming effective, that relates specifically to the debtor's
(A) health status;
(B) medical condition, including physical and mental illnesses;
(C) claims experience;
(D) receipt of health care; or
(E) medical history;
(2) "fixed residual value" means for a lease contract the contractual amount for which the leased property may be purchased at the end of the lease.
