3 AAC 48.330 - Format of tariff sheets

Every tariff sheet must be legible and formatted to print eight and one-half by 11 inches in size and, except as provided in 3 AAC 48.360(d), include

(1) the number of the utility or pipeline carrier's certificates of public convenience and necessity;

(2) the tariff sheet number;

(3) the tariff sheet revision number;

(4) the name of the utility or pipeline carrier;

(5) the tariff advice number; and

(6) the proposed effective date.
