(a) Each electric utility subject to the
regulatory jurisdiction of the commission must comply with the provisions of

(b) Each gas utility subject to the
regulatory jurisdiction of the commission must comply with the provisions of

AAC 52.501 -

(c) Unless otherwise required under AS 42.05,
a requirement in
3
AAC 52.501 -
3
AAC 52.519 may be modified or waived, in whole or in
part, by order of the commission, on the commission's own motion or on a
showing that the waiver or modification is in the public interest. A utility
shall file and the commission will consider an application for waiver in
accordance with
3
AAC 48.805.
