3 AAC 99.895 - Reconsideration of loan request, assumption or modification

(a) If a loan request, assumption, or modification is denied, tabled, or significantly modified by the department, an applicant may file a written request for reconsideration within 30 days after receipt of notice of the department's decision.

(b) The department will, in its sole discretion, reconsider a request upon a showing by the applicant that

(1) there has been a substantial change in circumstances;

(2) additional relevant information is provided to the department; or

(3) administrative errors were made by the department.
