7 AAC 47.070 - Availability of hearing

Any applicant or recipient whose application is not acted upon within 30 days after receipt, whose application is modified or denied, or whose assistance is reduced or discontinued, shall, upon presentation of an oral or written request to any employee of the division, be granted an opportunity for a prompt hearing before a representative of the division. This hearing must be conducted under the procedure established by 7 AAC 49.
