Notes

The regulations in 7 AAC 53.900 - 7 AAC 53.999, effective 1/1/96, were relocated from Chapter 50 as part of a reorganization of portions of the title. No change was made at that time to either the content or the numbering of the individual sections within the former chapter or to the number or heading of the article comprised of those sections, other than to change their chapter number. The history line at the end of each of the relocated sections includes that section's history when a part of 7 AAC 50. Because the relocation effective 1/1/96 did not effect any substantive changes in the regulations or alter their internal organization, the change is not reflected in the history lines for the sections.
