Ariz. Admin. Code § R19-4-211 - Fantasy Sports Contest Platform
A. The
fantasy sports contest platform shall be designed to ensure the integrity and
confidentiality of all player communications, security and confidentiality of
player data including personal and financial information, and the proper
identification of the sender and receiver of all communications.
B. The responsible party shall notify the
Department in writing prior to the installation of a fantasy sports contest
platform that the platform meets the design requirements of R19-4-211(A) and
the geofence requirements of R19-4-210(A) - (D).
C. The responsible party shall notify the
Department in writing prior to the installation of a fantasy sports contest
platform, and annually thereafter, that the platform properly calculates entry
fees and payouts.
