Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-6-411 - Addition of Household Members
If there is a change in household members during the term of the license, the foster parent shall:
1. Notify the licensing agency of the change
to the household in accordance with R21-6-327 and R21-6-411 ;
2. Ensure that each new household member
complies with the applicable requirements of this Chapter; and
3. Notify the licensing agency and obtain OLR
and Child Placing Agency approval of proposed changes in the sleeping
arrangements for each household member and for each foster child.
