Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-23-1004 - Schedules of Controlled Substances

As of the effective date of this Section and as required under A.R.S. §§ 36-2512 through 36-2516, the Board adopts the following schedules of controlled substances. The schedules adopted include no later amendments. The adopted schedules are available on the Board's website:

1. Schedule I. 21 CFR, Chapter II, Part 1308.11;

2. Schedule II. 21 CFR, Chapter II, Part 1308.12;

3. Schedule III. 21 CFR, Chapter II, Part 1308.13;

4. Schedule IV. 21 CFR, Chapter II, Part 1308.14; and

5. Schedule V. 21 CFR, Chapter II, Part 1308.15.
