Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-23-101 - General
A. This
Chapter applies to all actions and proceedings of the Board and shall be deemed
part of the record in any Board action or proceeding without formal
introduction of, or reference to the rules. A party to a Board action is deemed
to have knowledge of the rules.
1. To each license applicant who
submits a completed application packet; and
2. To each permit applicant during
the final compliance inspection after the Board approves the permit
application.
B.
The Board, within its jurisdiction, may, in the interest of justice, excuse the
failure of any person to comply with the rules.
C. The Board, within its jurisdiction, may
grant an extension of time within which to comply with any rule when it deems
the extension to be in the interest of justice.
