Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-23-660 - Investigational Drugs
The Director of Pharmacy or pharmacist-in-charge shall ensure that:
1. The following information
concerning an investigational drug is available for use by hospital personnel:
a. Composition,
b. Pharmacology,
c. Adverse reactions,
d. Administration guidelines, and
e. All other available information concerning
the drug, and
2. An
investigational drug is:
a. Properly stored
in, labeled, and dispensed from the pharmacy, and
b. Not dispensed before the drug is approved
by the appropriate medical staff committee of the hospital.
