Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-39-305 - Recruitment
A. A licensee
offering a non-accredited program shall ensure that all information contained
in the licensee's catalog, required under
R4-39-301, and in
brochures, promotional materials, and advertisements provided to or intended
for students or potential students is true.
B. During student recruitment or before a
student signs an enrollment agreement, a licensee offering a non-accredited
program:
1. May provide a student tuition
reduction, discount, or scholarship, or educational loan only as authorized
under
R4-39-308;
and
2. Shall not guarantee
employment to a prospective student.
C. A licensee offering a non-accredited
program shall ensure that a staff member responsible for student recruitment or
student admission:
1. Uses only those titles
that accurately reflect the staff member's actual duties and
responsibilities;
2. Is not
designated as a counselor or advisor; and
3. Does not make final decisions regarding
tuition, student fees, tuition reduction, discounts, or scholarships,
educational loans, payment schedules, financing options, or refunds.
