Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-13-128 - EBT Alternate Card Holder
A recipient may designate up to two EBT Alternate Card Holders who shall have full access to the TC benefit available in the EBT account. The EBT Alternate Card Holder shall:
1. Receive his or her own EBT card by mail,
and
2. Contact the EBT provider's
Customer Service Hotline telephone number in order to obtain a Personal
Identification Number (PIN).
