Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-13-147 - Hearings: Location; Notice; Time
A. The Office of Appeals shall schedule the
hearing. The Office of Appeals may schedule a telephonic hearing or permit a
witness, upon request, to appear telephonically.
B. Unless the parties stipulate to another
hearing date, the Office of Appeals shall schedule the hearing no earlier than
20 days from the date the Department receives the appellant's request for
hearing.
C. The Office of Appeals
shall mail, or otherwise transmit as provided by law, a notice of hearing to
all interested parties at least 20 days before the scheduled hearing
date.
D. The notice of hearing
shall be in writing and shall include the following information:
1. The date, time, and place of the
hearing;
2. The name of the hearing
officer;
3. A general statement of
the issues involved in the case;
4.
A statement listing the parties' rights as specified in
R6-13-152;
and
5. A general statement of the
hearing procedures.
