Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-6-389 - Streptococcal Group B Invasive Infection in an Infant Younger Than 90 Days of Age
Case control measures: A local health agency shall:
1. Confirm the diagnosis of streptococcal
group B invasive infection for each reported case or suspect case of
streptococcal group B invasive infection in an infant younger than 90 days of
age; and
2. For each case of
streptococcal group B infection in an infant younger than 90 days of age,
submit to the Department the information required under
R9-6-202(C).

Case control measures: A local health agency shall:
1. Upon receiving a report under R9-6-202 of a typhus fever case or suspect case, notify the Department within one working day after receiving the report and provide to the Department the information contained in the report;
