Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 20228 - Subcontracting of Folding, Stuffing, or Packaging for Shipment of Ballot Cards

If any part of the folding, stuffing, or packaging for shipment of ballot cards is to be subcontracted, then:

(a) The principal ballot printer shall notify the Secretary of State in writing and shall state the quantity of ballot cards to be folded, stuffed, or packaged for shipment by the subcontractor.

(b) The principal ballot printer shall provide the Secretary of State with the name, address, contact information (e.g. phone, fax, email, etc.) of the subcontractor and facility being used to fulfill the order, if different.

(c) The principal ballot printer shall also notify the jurisdiction(s) in writing that the subcontract affects.
