Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 20230 - Change in Ballot Printing Certification

No change in any information contained within the application at the time of certification, excluding contact information (e.g. phone, fax, email, etc.), shall be made without the prior express written certification of the Secretary of State. Applications for such certification shall be in writing and shall show substantially the same information as the initial application for certification of the ballot printer.
