Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 40E-41.165 - Conditions for Issuance of Right of Way Permits in the Kissimmee River Basin
(1) Use of the
district's works or lands which may interfere with the proposed Kissimmee River
restoration shall not be allowed.
(2) Any drainage connection to the Kissimmee
River must be part of a surface water management system approved under Rule
40E-41.163,
