Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B10-14.007 - Mediation
The Board finds that mediation is an acceptable resolution of the following violations that are economic in nature or can be remedied by the licensee.
(1) failure to respond to a
continuing education audit.
(2)
failure to timely pay any assessed administrative fine or costs.
(3) failure to renew a license within 6
months of the renewal deadline.
