Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B16-26.1003 - Active License Renewal Fees
(1) The biennial license renewal fee for an
active pharmacist license shall be $200 plus a $5 unlicensed activity fee
pursuant to Section 456.065(3),

(2) The biennial license
renewal fee for a consultant pharmacist active license shall be $100 plus a $5
unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Section
456.065(3),
F.S.
(3) The biennial license
renewal fee for a nuclear pharmacist active license shall be $100 plus a $5
unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Section
456.065(3),
F.S.
(4) The biennial registration
renewal fee for a registered pharmacy technician shall be $50 plus $5
unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Section
456.065(3),
F.S.
