Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B19-11.0075 - Application Closure After 24 Months
(1) The Board shall close the application
file of and issue a final order of denial to any applicant for licensure by
examination who fails to pass the Examination for Professional Practice in
Psychology and the Florida laws and rules examination or who fails to submit
evidence of completion of the postdoctoral, supervised experience within 24
months of the issuance of the Board's letter advising that the applicant has
been approved for examination.
(2)
The Board may grant an additional twelve (12) months to comply with the
requirements of subsection (1), above, of up to 36 months, to any applicant who
files a written request for extension and demonstrates that the applicant has
made a good faith effort to comply but has failed to comply because of illness
or unusual hardship.
