Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B19-13.008 - Duration of Provider Status
(1) Continuing psychological education
providers are approved only for the biennium during which they apply or for
which they have been renewed by the Board.
(2) The Board is under no obligation to allow
a provider to continue offering programs to psychologists for credit if the
provider fails to follow the Board's rules regarding the provision of
continuing education credit.
(3)
The Board will not renew the continuing psychological education provider status
of any provider who has failed to follow the Board's rules regarding the
provision of programs to psychologists for credit.
(4) If the Board denies the initial
application or renewal application of any prospective provider, the Board will
issue a notice of intention to deny, and the prospective provider will be given
an opportunity to be heard.
(5)
Renewing providers may continue to offer programs to psychologists for credit
until such time as a final order is entered against them as a result of any
notice of intention to deny renewal status that is issued by the
Board.
(6) The Board will not grant
continuing psychological education provider status until at least two (2) years
have elapsed since the entry of any final order of revocation of the provider
status of the applicant.
