Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B2-12.005 - Biennial Renewal Fee/Initial Licensure Fee

(1) A one-time reduction until March 31, 2022, shall be as follows: the fee for biennial renewal of a chiropractic license shall be two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00). Beginning April 1, 2022, the biennial renewal fee shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).

(2) The initial licensure fee shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).
