Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B3-8.004 - Renewal of Clinical Laboratory Personnel Continuing Education Provider License

(1) The provider shall submit a renewal application with CE Broker through CEbroker.com, and pay the appropriate renewal fee directly to CE Broker.
(2) The provider shall indicate any changes in the contact person and course offerings.
