Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B3-8.005 - Delinquent License
(1) The failure of
a licensee to elect active or inactive status before the license expires shall
cause the license to become delinquent.
(2) The delinquent licensee must
affirmatively apply for active or inactive status during the biennium in which
the license becomes delinquent. Failure by the delinquent licensee to cause the
license to become active or inactive before the expiration of the biennium in
which the license became delinquent shall render the license null and void
without further action by the Board or the Department.
(3) The delinquent licensee who applies for
active or inactive license status shall:
(a)
Pay either the active status fee of Rule
64B3-9.004, F.A.C., or the
inactive status license fee of Rule
64B3-9.006, F.A.C., the
delinquent license fee of Rule
64B3-9.011, F.A.C., and, if
applicable, the change of status fee of Rule
64B3-9.010, F.A.C.; and,
(b) Demonstrate compliance with
the continuing education requirements of Rules
64B3-11.001 and
64B3-8.002,
