Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B5-15.006 - Licensure and Renewal Fees

(1) The fee for biennial renewal of both a dental license and of a health access dental license shall be $300.00. The biennial renewal fee for a dental hygiene license shall be $75.00.

(2) Initial licensure fees shall be the same as renewal fees. However, applicants granted initial licensure during the second year of the biennium shall pay one half of the normal fee.
