Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B7-33.001 - Advertisement
(1) Each massage
therapist or massage establishment licensed under the provisions of this act
shall include the number of the license in any advertisement of massage
services.
(2) Any advertisement of
massage services in any advertising medium as defined herein shall include the
license number of each licensed massage therapist and each licensed massage
establishment whose name appears in the advertisement. The advertisement must
also include the physical address of the massage establishment and the
telephone number that has been provided to the Department of Health through the
licensing process.
(3) For purposes
of this rule, "advertising medium" means: any newspaper, airwave or computer
transmission, internet, telephone directory listing other than an in-column
listing consisting only of a name, address, and telephone number, business
card, handbill, flyer, sign other than a building directory listing all
building tenants and their room or suite numbers, or other form of written
advertising.
(4) No provision
herein shall be construed to prohibit the use of a properly registered
corporate or fictitious name, if registered according to Florida Law.
