Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64E-5.439 - Posting

In addition to the posting requirements specified in Rule 64E-5.901, F.A.C., the licensee or registrant shall comply with the requirements described below.

(1) Radiation areas and high radiation areas created by radiographic operations shall be posted conspicuously as specified in subsections 64E-5.323(1) and (2), F.A.C. Areas or rooms in which licensed material is used or stored shall be posted as specified in subsection 64E-5.323(5), F.A.C. The exceptions to posting specified in subsection 64E-5.324(1), F.A.C., do not apply to industrial radiography.
(2) Source movement logs specified in Rule 64E-5.429, F.A.C., that document the current location of each source of radiation and source movements for the previous 30 days shall be posted conspicuously adjacent to the area where the source of radiation is stored.
