Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64J-2.020 - Acute Care Hospital Trauma Registry

Each hospital as defined by Section 395.002(12), F.S., except for a long term care hospital as defined in Section 408.032, F.S., shall document and submit to the department patient care data in accordance with the format and time frame specified in the Florida Acute Care Trauma Registry Manual, January 1, 2016 edition, which is incorporated by reference and available from the department, or at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-06179.
