Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 40-2-16-.31 - Administration and Enforcement
(1)
Actions and Remedies Available. The Commissioner may pursue any
and all actions and remedies available at law in order to administer and
enforce these regulations, including, but not limited to, civil monetary
penalties; suspension, denial, or revocation of a permit or license; and
injunctive relief.
(2)
Adoption by Reference. The Department hereby adopts applicable
standards and requirements from the following published documents to help
determine policies, inform decision making, and to aid in the effective
enforcement of these regulations:
(a) The
most current version of the Food and Drug Administration's Grade A Pasteurized
Milk Ordinance, and supplements thereto;
(b) The Food and Drug Administration's Grade
A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance With Administrative Procedures, Part II;
and
(c) Retail Food Sales,
Department regulations Chapter 40-7-1.
