Haw. Code R. § 11-37-22 - Required testing for content

(a) A representative sample of every batch of packaged manufactured hemp product shall be tested for content by a laboratory meeting the requirements of section 11-37-20, including the use of appropriate methods to quantify (in percentage content by weight) the presence of:
(1) Total tetrahydrocannabinol;
(2) Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid;
(3) Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol;
(4) Delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol;
(5) Cannabidiol (CBD); and
(6) Any other cannabinoid specifically listed/ described, or advertised in the label or packaging of the manufactured hemp product.
(b) A representative sample of every batch of packaged crude extract shall be tested by a laboratory meeting the requirements of section 11-37-20 using appropriate methods to quantify (in percentage content by weight) total tetrahydrocannabinol.
