Haw. Code R. § 13-95-19 - Akule
(a) It is unlawful for any person to take any
akule measuring less than eight and one-half inches in length, with a net
during the months of July, August, September, and October.
(b) It is unlawful for any person, other than
marine seafood dealers, to possess or sell more than two hundred pounds of
akule measuring less than eight and one-half inches in length per day during
July, August, September, and October; except as may be otherwise provided by
law.
