Haw. Code R. § 15-185-42 - Dwelling unit inspection
(a) Prior to
approving a lease, the corporation shall inspect the dwelling unit within a
reasonable time after receipt of the owner's inspection request.
(b) Dwelling units approved for lease in the
program shall meet minimum housing quality standards.
