Haw. Code R. § 17-2040-4 - Notice to active waitlist families

The authority shall inform its active housing choice voucher waitlist applicants of the availability and nature of housing assistance for families within the eligibility populations, the referral process, and how to contact the authority's designated partner referral agency, through posting information on the authority website.
