Haw. Code R. § 17-2040-6 - Income limits

(a) Income limits for a family's participation in the program shall be the same income limits established by HUD for its emergency housing voucher program which are set forth in Exhibit A.

(b) Applicable income limits as provided in subsection (a) shall be published once per year in a conspicuous place at the authority's offices that accept applications, on the authority's website, and printed in the authority's informational materials on eligibility for the programs.
