Haw. Code R. § 4-42-55 - Inspection certificate
The original certificate, immediately upon its issuance, shall be delivered or mailed to the applicant or person designated by the applicant. Upon the request of the applicant prior to the issuance, not more than two additional copies of the certificate may be issued without extra charge. Additional copies subject to the extra charge may be supplied upon payment of a fee of $1 for each page.
