Haw. Code R. § 4-45-13 - Net weight
(a) Each package of
feed shall show the net weight of the feed in the package, either stenciled or
printed on the bag or on a tag attached to the bag.
(b) The net weight of feed distributed in
bulk shall be shown on the invoice or tag which is to accompany
delivery.
(c) All statements of
weight shall be expressed in terms of net avoirdupois weight.
