Haw. Code R. § 4-48-5 - Posting of license
(a) Every licensed
commission merchant, dealer, broker, agent, processor, retail merchant, or
branch store shall post the required license, or a copy of the license, in a
conspicuous place at the place of business at all times.
(b) Repeated violation of this section may
result in the suspension or termination of a license under section
4-48-13.
