Haw. Code R. § 4-70-53 - Prohibited introduction
All taro and dasheen plant and plant parts capable of propagation are prohibited from infested areas except by permit issued in accordance with § 4-70-54 and imported pursuant to §§ 4-70-3, 4-70-4, 4-70-5, and 4-70-6.
