Haw. Code R. § 8-60-20 - Definition of parentally-placed private school students with disabilities
Parentally-placed private school students with disabilities means students with disabilities enrolled by their parents in private, including religious, schools or facilities that meet the definition of elementary school or secondary school in section 8-60-2, other than students with disabilities covered under sections 8-60-28 through 8-60-30.
