Haw. Code R. § 8-60-84 - Applicability

All of the provisions of the Hawaii administrative rule relating to the Protection of Educational Rights and Privacy of Students and Parents, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. section 1400 et seq.; 34 C.F.R. sections 300.610 - 627, 20 U.S.C. 1232g)) shall also apply.
