Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 955.210 - Offer of Permanent Employment
a)
A health care employer is not obligated to employ or offer permanent employment
to an applicant, or to retain an employee who is granted a waiver. (Section
40(f) of the Act)
b) The health
care employer shall develop policies concerning employment of individuals who
have been granted waivers.
