140 IAC 7-3-21 - Public passenger chauffeur's driver's license medical certification

Sec. 21.

A person applying to renew the person's public passenger chauffeur's driver's license must include a physician's medical certification dated within thirty (30) days before the expiration of the applicant's public passenger chauffeur's driver's license.
