326 IAC 11-6-5 - Operator training and qualification requirements

Sec. 5.

(a) The owner or operator of a designated facility shall comply with the operator training requirements specified in 40 CFR 60, Subpart Ec, Section 60.53c*.

(b) Compliance with operator training and qualification requirements shall be achieved by March 11, 2000.
