Sec. 2.

The air pollution control board incorporates by reference the following:

(2) 40 CFR 51.301 *, "Definitions".

(3) 40 CFR 51.308(e) *, "Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) requirements for regional haze visibility impairment".
