329 IAC 10-6-3 - Elimination of threats to human health or the environment

Sec. 3.

The owner, operator, or permittee of a closed solid waste land disposal facility or the owner of real estate on which a closed solid waste land disposal facility is located shall be responsible for eliminating any threat to human health or the environment.
