405 IAC 8-2-11 - "Full low-income subsidy" defined

Sec. 11.

"Full low-income subsidy" means the full extra help for paying for Medicare prescription drug plan costs provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). According to CMS, beneficiaries receiving "full low-income subsidy" will:

(1) not be responsible for monthly premium costs for basic Medicare Part D plans;
(2) have no annual deductible; and
(3) have no gap in coverage.
